The Philippine Biodiesel Association (TPBA) is backing the Department of Energy’s (DoE) plan to increase coco-biodiesel blend in automotive diesel to B5 (5 percent biodiesel) from the current B2 blend (2 percent blend) at the pumps.
In a statement, TPBA said there is more than enough to support the shift to B5.
