In commemoration of the National Arts Month, spearheaded by the National Commission of Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through Presidential Proclamation 683, the 16th Lasallian Arts Month enjoins young artists to utilize their talents, creativity and skills to raise awareness on the issues of today.
