In today’s and next week’s column, I am sharing the executive summary of our assessment of the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) of the Department of Transportation (DoTr). The assessment, prepared by members of the Move As One Coalition, offers specific recommendations for accelerating and expanding the program’s implementation and enhancing its benefits for the riding public.
