Group upbeat on trackway proposal

The consortium that seeks to build a P10-billion mass-transit trackway system on EDSA is confident its proposal for it would secure government approval, according to its chief.

In a virtual Management Association of the Philippines briefing on Thursday, Trackway Consortium Chief Executive Officer Francis Yuseco Jr. said his group was “just waiting for the DoTr (Department of Transportation) and NEDA (National Economic and Development Authority) to [grant] us the OPS (original proponent status). After that, we will undergo [a] Swiss challenge.”
