LT. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana says that even with the limited time he has as chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), he would use the 180,000-strong organization to defeat the communist New People’s Army (NPA).
Sobejana, who retires in six months, said he would secure quick wins against the NPA.
