New Armed Forces chief to troops: 'Careful on red tagging'

LT. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana, the new Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), directed his men to be 'very careful' when linking individuals to communist groups, as the burden of proof was on them.
