Japanese Ambassador Kazuhiko Koshikawa, together with Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, welcomed on January 26 the arrival of the first batch of 4th generation light rail vehicles (LRVs) which will be used for the Light Rail Transit-Line 1 (LRT-1).
The undertaking forms part of the ‘Capacity Enhancement of Mass Transit Systems in Metro Manila Project.’
