A judicial panel of the Supreme Court has directed a trial court judge to answer alleged irregularities behind his decision to unseat a town mayor in Nueva Ecija.
The Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) of the high court has ordered Judge Angelo Perez, presiding judge of Branch 27 of the Nueva Ecija Regional Trial Court, to present his side in the administrative complaint filed by Jaen Mayor Sylvia Austria.
