Please be notified that the venue of Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (“ASM”) of PRYCE CORPORATION shall be changed to the Rigodon Ballroom, The Peninsula Manila, corner of Ayala and Makati Avenues. The meeting shall still be held in person, and not via remote communication, on Friday, February 5, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. to take up the same agenda as earlier advised, to wit:
