LEGAZPI CITY: Seven district engineers in the province had been reshuffled from their posts by Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar. The seven district engineers were part of the 15 investigated by President Rodrigo Duterte because of alleged anomalies. Regional Director Virgilio Eduarte confirmed that the seven district engineers were reshuffled to new assignments. Duterte had announced that there were congressmen he named were linked to the DPWH graft and corruption scandal under investigation by the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission.
