TUGUEGARAO CITY: This city has been placed under a 10-day enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) starting January 20 because of an increasing number of daily coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) infections, according to the Regional Inter-Agency Council of Cagayan Valley.
