Villar lauds ‘clean’ Region1 officials

URDANETA CITY, Pangasinan: Secretary Mark Villar on Monday commended officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 1, headed by Regional Director Ronnel Tan, for their outstanding performance in the implementation of various infrastructure projects within their respective jurisdictions.
