THREE soldiers and one civilian were shot and killed by unidentified suspects on Thursday morning, the Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom) reported on Friday.
“Based on the report, our troops from the Fourth Mechanized Infantry Battalion (MIB) received [information] from a civilian informant, regarding the incident in the boundary of Poona Piagapo and Pantao Ragat, Lanao del Norte,” Lt. Gen. Corleto Vinluan Jr., WestMinCom commander, said in a statement.
