3 soldiers, 1 civilian shot dead in Lanao del Norte

THREE soldiers and a civilian were shot dead by unidentified suspects, the Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom) reported on Friday.

Lt. Gen. Corleto Vinluan, Jr., Commander of the WestMinCom, said the incident happened at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday.
