THE police officer Jonel Nuezca who shot dead a mother and her son in Tarlac entered a not guilty plea during his arraignment and pre-trial at the Paniqui Regional Trial Court Branch 106 on Friday.
Central Luzon police chief BGen. Valeriano de Leon said Nuezca would be tried for two counts of murder for the killing of Sonya Gregorio and her son Frank Anthony.
