DISASTER authorities on Sunday reported hundreds of evacuees and thousands affected by flooding in the Bicol and Western Visayas regions, caused by the tail end of a cold front.
Gremil Naz, information officer for the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Bicol, said they recorded 61 incidents of flooding and eight landslides in the provinces of Camarines Sur and Sorsogon.
