ONLY 6,000 devotees would be allowed to enter the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene or Quiapo Church during the whole day observance on Saturday of the Feast of the Black Nazarene, according to Church officials.
This means only 400 devotees can be accommodated in each of the 15 Masses, the first starting at 4:30 a.m. with Bishop Broderick Pabillo, apostolic administrator of the Manila archdiocese, and the last at 10:15 p.m. with Msgr. Hernando Coronel, Church rector.
