Residents of Manila who celebrated the holidays outside the city will have to undergo mandatory reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test before they can return to their barangay (village).
Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso said the Covid swab test is free.
