A former mayoral candidate of San Fernando town in south Cebu was shot dead by unidentified gunmen while his niece was wounded in Cebu City on New Year’s Day, police reports said.
Ruben Feliciano, 67, a businessman, succumbed to gunshot wounds while Kim Feliciano, 30, sustained three gunshot wounds and was confined at a Cebu City hospital.
