THE Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Gen. Debold Sinas, ordered the dismissal of a graduating cadet over the mauling of another cadet on Dec. 31, 2020.Gen. Debold SinasSinas ordered the filing of administrative charges against Cadet 1st Class Denvert Dulansi of the PNP Academy (PNPA).Dulansi allegedly mauled Cadet 1st Class Joab Mar Nacnas at Camp Castañeda at 11 p.m. in Silang, CaviteInitial investigation revealed that Nacnas cautioned Dulansi and two others, identified only as Cadet 1st Class Guminigin and Cadet 1st Class Tudlong when he found the three drinking alcohol on the roofdeck.A heated argument allegedly transpired, which led to the mauling of Nacnas.Nacnas is in stable condition with no signs of internal injury based on his CT scan and X-ray, the PNP added.Dulansi was turned over to the Silang Municipal Police Station for investigation.
