THE need for continued connectivity amid the Covid-19 crisis has prompted the government to take another step to finally address the severe lack of telecommunications towers nationwide.
Last September 14, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) announced that it had issued provisional independent tower company (ITC) certificates of registration to 23 firms.
