Dengue death toll rises to 181

THE Department of Health (DOH) on Thursday warned the public to be wary of dengue, as the toll from the mosquito-borne disease climbed to 181.

According to the departments monthly disease surveillance report, at least 30,336 dengue cases and 181 deaths were recorded in the countrys sentinel hospitals during the first five months of 2012.
