Duterte cancels face-to-face classes dry run in January

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday announced he was recalling his order on the conduct of a dry run of face-to-face classes next year due to the threat of the new coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) strain B117.
