Noranians need not worry as Superstar returns to TV

It was in February when fans of “Superstar” Nora Aunor excitedly followed their idol’s TV comeback via the afternoon prime show, “Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit.”

An adaptation of her 1989 award-winning film of the same title, viewers got to see La Aunor — as she is called in the business — working with equally talented actresses, Mylene Dizon and Kyline Alcantara. Together, the trio plays Cedes, Nolie, and Maggie — three generations of women who will take on a quest to pursue their dreams and to avenge the indignities they suffered from those who have wronged them.
