TWO new low pressure areas (LPAs) were spotted over Zamboanga City and Eastern Samar on Saturday morning, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
At 10 a.m., the first LPA, which has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), was estimated at 50 kilometers east-southeast of Zamboanga City, Pagasa said.
