Elements of the Northern Police District (NPD) arrested a high-value-target, who yielded more than 5 kilos of shabu worth P34.6 million Thursday morning in Caloocan City.

Director BGen. Eliseo Cruz said the suspect, Uriel Hewe Jr., 31, of Amparao Subdivision, Barangay 179, was working as a Grab driver, but has been under the watchlist of suspected drug personalities of the Caloocan Police.
