NOVELETA, Cavite: The municipal Health office announced on Saturday that there was no incidence of Covid-19 among its citizens for six consecutive days. Dr. Maria Hilda Bucu, head of the Noveleta Municipal Health Office and acting medical director of Noveleta MedCare Hospital said the 264 patients have all recovered. “Let us follow the minimum health [protocols] of the government for our safety this Christmas season. My advice is to limit your occasions or gathering for our safety,” Mayor Dino Chua said. Chua credited the conversion of a hospital into a quarantine facility for lessening the spread of the coronavirus by allowing patients to be isolated from their loved ones. In Naic town, Mayor Junio Dualan announced on his social media accounts that the locality has had 339 recoveries and, so far, has had no new cases reported.
