‘Vicky’ heads for Palawan; Signal No. 1 still up in parts of PH

TROPICAL depression 'Vicky' is forecast to make another landfall over Palawan anytime today, Saturday, the state-run weather agency said, after crossing Davao Oriental and Surigao del Sur the day before.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, but is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday morning or evening, the state-run weather agency said on Saturday.
