SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union: Regional officials and district engineers of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region 1, headed by Ronnel Tan, have announced the completion of various major infrastructure projects that they undertook in the towns and cities of Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte from the month of November 1 up to the present.
