Lima Estate expansion to create 20,000 jobs for Calabarzon

Aboitiz Group’s Lima Land Inc. will expand Lima Estate in Batangas in response to the increasing demand for industrial and commercial spaces in Region IV-A or Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) — a key industrial corridor and growth center in the Philippines.

Targeted for completion by the third quarter of 2022, the expansion is expected to generate up to 20,000 new jobs in the region.
