CAN one help being a Christmas Grinch with the management and governance errors around here?

Let us begin with the expressways. They have been with us for some time, but they do not improve. The personnel running them seem clueless. It is always a game of chance trying to use your RFID or whatever pass that you pay for in advance and lately after a torture session of waiting in chaotic surroundings. If you have three vehicles, you have to go three times to get the RFID. You also acquire three accounts and have to deposit in advance for all three. That is close to P10,000 for three if you want to be sure. What a rip-off! And having the RFID does not guarantee it will work. I experienced it in November. And I cannot forget that 16-hour experience to get to Baguio on December 26 a few years back when the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx) opened. The North Luzon Expressway (NLEx), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) and TPLEx failed big time on that day, turning what should have been a vacation trip into a nightmare of chaotic traffic. Obviously, these toll franchisees acquire franchises without making any effort to study and manage the technology. They think spokespersons are enough to get by.
