An infrastructure-oriented think tank and a passenger group on Wednesday slammed the revocation of the original proponent status (OPS) of the Megawide Construction Corp.-GMR Infrastructure Ltd. consortium’s offer to rehabilitate the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
In a statement, Infrawatch PH warned that the new delay caused by the Manila International Airport Authority’s (MIAA) decision on Tuesday to rescind the status could “endanger” President Rodrigo Duterte's "infrastructure legacy."
