The Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) has opened two lending centers in Mindanao as part of efforts to expand its reach and intensify support to the agriculture sector on the island.
In a statement on Tuesday, the state-run lender said the first of the two, the LandBank Sultan Kudarat Lending Center in Koronadal City, Sultan Kudarat province, would serve nearly 17,000 small farmers and fishermen in the province.
