Duterte pushes budget extension

President Rodrigo Duterte has certified as urgent two separate bills, which seek to extend the validity of funds under the 2020 General Appropriations Act (GAA) and the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act or Bayanihan 2, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr.
