Shinzo Abe gets Turkmen medal for investments

ASHGABAT: Turkmenistan’s autocratic leader has awarded former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe with a state medal, state media reported Saturday, after Tokyo invested heavily in the gas-rich country to counter China’s clout.
