TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The Cagayan Police Provincial Office (PPO) has turned over 10 patrol cars issued by the national headquarters to the towns of Aparri, Ballesteros, Calayan, Camalaniugan, Iguig, Pamplona, Piat, Sta. Ana and Tuao as well as Tuguegarao City on December 11. According to PNP Regional Director BGen. Crizaldo Nieves, the patrol cars were issued by the national headquarters (HQ). He also said logistics is one of the ways to decrease the crime rate through making Police visible by patrolling. Meanwhile, Director Col. Ariel Narag Quilang expressed his gratitude for the support of the national HQ to the provincial office in the issuance of the 10 patrol cars. In addition, 24 units of caliber 5.56 IWI Galil Ace 22N,10 MTBs and new office equipment were also turned over to different units of the PNP Cagayan. Aside from the turnover, the new daycare center and Anarqui's kiosk inside the PPO were also inaugurated.
