OLONGAPO CITY: The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp.’s (Psalm) serious threat to go to court if this city refuses to pay the P6.71 billion overdue power debt once the seven-day deadline they imposed expires has put Olongapo City in a predicament.
City Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr., who said on Thursday he still has not received the letter, admitted the highly urbanized city definitely cannot pay in the near future.
