NBI counter terrorism chief shot dead

THE head of the counter terrorism division of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) was shot inside his office at the NBI headquarters in Manila on Tuesday.

Raoul Manguerra, 49, was rushed to the Manila Doctors Hospital but was shortly declared dead.
