Poe: Lack of personnel behind slow internet

SEN. Mary Grace Poe believes the lack of technical personnel in the telecommunications (telecom) industry is one of the reasons behind the slow internet service in the country.

The senator raised the need to address the “brain drain” in the telecom industry that deprives Filipinos quality and efficient telecommunications services.
