Palace firm: No vaccine, no physical classes

Malacañang reiterated the position of President Rodrigo Duterte that there will be no face-to-face classes until a Covid-19 vaccine becomes available.

“Ang posisyon ng Presidente habang walang bakuna, walang face-to-face (the President’s stance is while there is no vaccine, there will be no face-to-face classes),” Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said.
