The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said the Philippines and Hungary sought to strengthen their ties through by inking three agreements during the Second Session of the Philippine-Hungarian Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation last week.

Agreements signed were signed between the Philippine Food and Drug Administration and Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary on cooperation in the field of food safety; National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council of the Office of Civil Defense and the Hungarian Water Technology Corp.; and Laguna Lake Development Authority and Hungarian Water Technology Corp.
