ISLAMABAD: Pakistani leaders are seeking help from the country’s religious scholars to encourage the people to follow precautionary measures to control the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic currently hitting the country.
Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday advised Minister for Religious Affairs Noor-ul-Haq Qadri to share fresh data about the Covid-19 cases so they could urge the people in sermons to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the prime minister’s office said.
