CAMP VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: Los Baños, Laguna Mayor Caesar Perez was shot dead inside the municipal hall on Thursday night as he walked to the receiving area of the municipal hall.
Col. Serafin Petalio, Laguna Police Provincial Director, said the incident happened as Perez, 66, came from a massage at the municipal spa in Barangay Baybayin at about 8:45 p.m. when unidentified suspects shot him twice in the head.
