PHirst Park Homes launches P1.9-B Magalang project

PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI), the first home buyer brand of Century Properties Group Inc. and Mitsubishi Corp., has unveiled its 10-hectare PHirst Park Homes Magalang project in Pampanga province, signaling the company’s second digital property launch for 2020 and offering 1,079 units valued at P1.9 billion.

The project is PHirst’s second community in the north after that in Pandi town, Bulacan province and the seventh masterplanned development to be launched since the brand was introduced in 2017. The first phase of this development will initially have 556 house and lot units.
