Nora Aunor for National Artist, says lawmaker

A lawmaker at the House of Representatives is pushing for the conferment of veteran actress Nora Aunor as National Artist for Film for her invaluable contribution to Philippine arts and culture through the film industry.

Assistant Majority Leader and ACT-CIS Partylist Representative Rowena Niña Taduran filed House Resolution 1352 urging the House to make the nomination.
