Covid-19 vaccine with ‘Viagra’ side effect

WHY is our government fixated on the Covid-19 vaccines that are being developed by Pfizer and Moderna when the Philippines will be the last on their list of countries to be provided access to the vaccine?

The people in the United States and Europe will be given priority by the two companies.
