PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte placed Davao City back under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) for 10 days amid the rising coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases in the city, Malacañang said.

“The City of Davao is placed under General Community Quarantine effective immediately until Nov. 30, 2020, following the rise of Covid-19 cases in the city,” said Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Friday.
