BACOLOD CITY: A soldier and two others, including a government militiaman, are facing murder charges, for the death of a barangay kagawad (village councilor) on November 12 in Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Charged for murder before the Sagay City Prosecutor’s Office on Monday were suspects Army Sgt. Rico Fuertes, Special Cafgu member Rex Muchuela and Ellenel Boy Marquez.
