'ULYSSES' re-intensified into a typhoon as it is moved away from the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and headed toward the central portion of Vietnam, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday.
