TWENTY-THREE out of 31 transmission lines affected by typhoon "Ulysses" in several areas in Luzon were fully restored on Friday, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said.

In its latest report, the NGCP said that of the total affected transmission lines, 6 were partially restored as of 11 a.m. — Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Ecija, Quezon, Camarines Sur, Albay. The provinces of Aurora and Mt. Province remain unavailable and still undergoing restoration as of posting time.
